Enjoy unlimited visits to All Things Wild!
All season passes begin on 1st January 2025 and end on the 31st December 2025. Pricing is per individual aged 3 and over.
***10% discount when 4 or more season passes are bought at the same time!***
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR SEASON PASS:
- Once your order is processed, your confirmation email will contain a reference number (this is now your season pass number).
- Pre-booking online is still required, so please book as normal by selecting 'season pass holder' and providing your season pass number when prompted.
- On your first visit, we will need to make your photo card. On subsequent visits, you will be required to show this card on arrival.
By purchasing an All Things Wild Season Pass, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of use.
- Season passes are sold on an individual basis and display your name and photograph. They are non-transferable and cannot be used by any other individuals.
- A season pass for a child is required from a child’s 3rd Birthday. Should/when a child turns 3 during your season pass, please inform admission staff so a suitable season pass can be arranged.
- There are no pro-rata refunds if you wish to terminate your season pass prior to its expiry.
- The named person is entitled to visit any day that we are open. Special events such as Christmas incur additional costs.
- All Things Wild season passes cannot be used in conjunction with school trips, group visits or birthday parties.
- Season passes are not the equivalent of a full paying ticket and as such cannot be used in conjunction with certain offers eg. Mother’s Day, Blue Light Card Holder Days.
- Season pass cards must be presented at each visit and failure to do so will result in an ‘on the day’ admission charge which is non-refundable.
- Replacement cards will incur a £5 administration fee.
- All season pass cards remain the property of All Things Wild and can be withdrawn and access denied in the event of fraud, misuse, or misconduct. The management reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason.
- If All Things Wild is forced to close due to government guidelines, all valid season passes will later be extended by the number of normal operating days it is shut for. This will only apply where All Things Wild is closed, not if surrounding counties are in lockdown but All Things Wild may remain open.
- Personal or verbal abuse of staff will not be tolerated and All Things Wild reserve the right to refuse admission and revoke season passes if our Code of Conduct is not adhered to.
- Events are subject to change without notice and no refunds are given should All Things Wild close due to circumstances beyond its control. For technical/operational reasons facilities may be unavailable or closed at any time without prior notice.
- Please note that our operating days and times may vary throughout the year. During peak times and school holidays we are open 7 days a week, but we may operate shorter weeks during the winter months. We are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
- On purchase of an All Things Wild Season Pass you are giving All Things Wild consent to keep details and photos on record. These details will not be passed onto any third parties.
